MANUFACTURING PROCESS


SWISSto12 has developed an industrial process based on 3D printing that enables the manufacture of advanced Radio Frequency products with outstanding performance

STEP 1 : DESIGN


An initial design phase makes it possible to leverage all the advantages of SWISSto12’s 3D printing technology, thereby optimising the product’s performance and weight. SWISSto12 is open to collaborate with trusted customers on their designs but may can offer full design services.

STEP 2 : PRINT


Once a design is fixed, parts are 3D printed using SWISSto12’s polymer or metal printing technologies. SWISSto12 has developed sharp and proprietary 3D printing skills that allow for the precision manufacture of Radio Frequency products.

STEP 3 : COATING


After printing, products are surface treated and metal plated for optimal Radio Frequency performance and environmental resistance. This latter proprietary and patented process step is of key importance to transform a printed component into a functional Radio Frequency product.

STEP 4 : VALIDATION


Finally, products are thoroughly tested in Radio Frequency functionality and relevant environments.
